Lending Hands enables dreams through volunteer efforts, supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and autism awareness. LendKey's internship program promotes neurodiversity in the workplace by partnering with local schools to recruit individuals with Asperger’s Syndrome, autism, high functioning autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. Vince Passione, LendKey's CEO and Founder, continues to lead efforts towards providing opportunities to people with disabilities as chairman of The Adaptive Sports Foundation.
